My Most Worn Pieces: Georgina Bywater Jewellery

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about what to share on the blog. With a few foodie posts written, I thought it was about time I mentioned a few of my current favourite fashion pieces, especially as I’ve been quite ‘spendy’ lately. My most worn pieces have mostly involved wearing three items from Georgina Bywater Jewellery – not surprising to many of you who follow me on Instagram. Take a look for yourself at how beautiful the pieces are – and it’s a local Cotswold business too!

Babel, Cheltenham

I can’t quite keep up with all the new bars and restaurants opening in Cheltenham at the moment. Not that I’m complaining, too much choice is better than no choice at all, right? So when I heard about Babel joining the line up, I jumped at the chance of an exclusive taster evening…

Date Night at Hollywood Bowl

Another week, another date night…

The lovely people at Hollywood Bowl in Cheltenham recently invited myself and some guests to enjoy a night of bowling, dinner and drinks – I was bowled over and said yes, of course.

The Cotswolds Creative Market

All in aid of raising money for Action For Charity: Women v Cancer, bloggers and businesses from in and around the Cotswolds came together to sell new and pre-loved fashion items, crafts, food and other offerings at the very first Cotswolds Creative Market.

Give a Gift of Love

I’ve never been the girl who buys fresh flowers every week. I’m not particularly great at keeping plants alive (RIP cacti friends), and it’s always much nicer to be sent flowers – don’t you think? There is something special about receiving a beautiful bouquet of blooms, whether it be a ‘thank you’ gesture or just a gift of love.

How I Deal With Anxiety

Recently life has got a lot busier, what with work stepping up a gear or two and then deciding that I would hold a fundraising event in six weeks with no budget (more on that later). My favourite corner of the internet has had to take a back seat for a number of reasons, but as it’s always been my online sanctuary where I can reflect and share experiences, I thought that perhaps it’s about time I talk about something a little more personal.

How I deal with anxiety.

Workshops at The Willow Tree

A creative at heart, I’m always eager to try something new. Whether it’s a new skill, hobby or simply learning how on earth to use manual focus on my camera – as long as I can fit it in with my busy lifestyle, I’m keen to try it. As soon as I heard that The Willow Tree in Cheltenham put on a variety of workshops in store, I couldn’t wait to give it a go.

Finding Inspiration Wherever You Go

Finding inspiration when you need it most can be a tiresome task. Whether you are a blogger, a teacher or just looking to decorate your home, we can all be struck with a lack of creativity at any given time. It sucks, right?

Budleigh Salterton, Beach Breaks UK

I spend a lot of time down by the Devon coastline. It’s become a second home to me over the years due to family and friends living there, and I like to think of it as my little ‘escape’ from reality. Budleigh Salterton is located on the Jurassic Coast in east Devon and happens to be the cutest weekend getaway. During a brief visit last weekend, I became all inspired to start sharing some of my favourite beach breaks with you on the blog.

The first of a few in this new series of posts, I hope you feel all inspired to make some summer plans in darling Devon…
